PLEASE NOTE: All Orders are non-refundable and can only be assessed due to faulty goods. This is non - negotiable.
Return shipping for faulty goods is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Refund of return shipping will be paid to the customer with the order refund. Customers are to include receipt of return shipping costs with the faulty goods.
Joyce Florence take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. Refunds will be processed with shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to 3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card, bank account or Pay Pal statement.
Joyce Florence reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) for any reason, please follow the below returns procedure.
